These terms govern your use of www.unbounded-insights.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Unbounded Insights, LLC (“Unbounded Insights,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Note: our product application at app.unbounded-insights.com is governed by a separate set of terms specific to that product. These terms cover only the marketing site.

Use of the Site

You may browse the Site and submit our contact form for legitimate inquiries about our services. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems.
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Site (scraping) for commercial purposes.
  • Submit false or misleading information through the contact form.
  • Use the contact form to send spam, marketing solicitations to us, or harassing content.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Unbounded Insights and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our express written permission, except to view it in your browser as intended.

The Site describes our services at a point in time; pricing, availability, and offerings are subject to change.

Information on the Site, including blog posts and descriptions of UnboundedOS, is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unbounded Insights and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
