Discover your roots

You can upload existing business plans and other documents to quickly populate a standard set of Insights. These are things like:

• Company mission & vision
• Competitive differentiation
• How you make decisions

These form the roots or foundation of all the downstream governance and alignment. We found it super helpful just as a business exercise to distill down the essence of your business. Then you can share and review with your team to further build alignment before you deploy anything. We recommend revisiting them at least monthly during management team meetings.

Deployment

Sprout Insights

We connect our Insight engine to all your AI tools. We have out-of-the-box connectors for:

• Claude
• ChatGPT
• Gemini
• Cursor

If you want to deploy, it only takes about 10 minutes per employee. If you don't, we can help and even train employees on how to take advantage of your Insights. If you have custom agents or use different tools (like Canva, Figma, etc.), let's talk about building connectors.

Tuning
