Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 30, 2026

Unbounded Insights, LLC (“Unbounded Insights,” “we,” “us”) operates the marketing site at www.unbounded-insights.com (the “Site”). This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

The marketing site does not collect or process health data. Analytics on the Site fires only after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner. Our product application at app.unbounded-insights.com operates under a separate privacy policy that addresses any health-related data those products may process.

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, the topic of your inquiry, and the message you write. We use this information to respond to you and to track sales conversations.
  • Marketing attribution (UTM) parameters. If you arrive at the Site via a link with utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, orutm_content query parameters, we store them in your browser’s session storage and attach them to a contact form submission you make in the same session, so we know which channel sent you. These values are kept only until you close your browser tab.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to record anonymous usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, and device type. How analytics loads depends on where you’re visiting from:
    • EU, UK, EEA, and Switzerland: we ask for explicit consent first via the cookie banner. No analytics tag loads until you click Accept. Decline keeps analytics off.
    • Everywhere else (including the US): analytics loads by default, consistent with applicable opt-out frameworks (e.g., CCPA/CPRA). You can opt out at any time by clicking the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer, then choosing Decline.
In all cases, your choice persists across visits in your browser’s local storage. We don’t run advertising tags; only GA4’s analytics category.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services.
  • To improve the Site (analytics, only with your consent).
  • To understand which marketing channels send qualified leads (UTM attribution).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share contact form submissions with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

  • Resend ( privacy policy) — delivers contact form submissions to our team inbox.
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics 4 and Google Workspace) ( privacy policy) — processes analytics events (only after consent) and hosts the team mailbox that receives your contact form submission.
  • Vercel Inc. ( privacy policy) — hosts the Site and stores standard server logs.

Cookies

We use only two categories of cookies / local storage:

  • Necessary: our cookie consent preference (stored in your browser’s localStorage as ui_cookie_consent). No tracking purpose; remembers your choice.
  • Analytics: set by Google Analytics. Loaded by default for non-EU/UK/EEA/CH visitors (opt-out region default), and only after explicit Accept for EU/UK/EEA/CH visitors. Removed via the footer Your Privacy Choices link.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained in our team mailbox until your inquiry is closed and for up to 24 months after, unless we’re actively in conversation with you. Analytics data is retained per Google’s default GA4 retention (14 months for event data). Server logs at Vercel are kept per their standard retention schedule.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@unbounded-insights.com. We respond within 30 days (some jurisdictions allow up to 45 with a one-time extension to 90).

California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information.

Categories of personal information we collected from CA residents in the past 12 months:

  • Identifiers (name, email address, IP address)
  • Internet or other electronic network activity (pages visited, referring URLs, click events)
  • Geolocation data (approximate location derived from IP address only — never precise GPS)
  • Inferences (interest categories from contact form selections like “CEO Network” or “Consulting”)

Sources: directly from you (contact form), automatically from your device (cookies and server logs), and from third-party analytics (Google Analytics 4 events).

Business and commercial purposes: respond to your inquiries, improve the site, attribute marketing channels, and protect against fraud or abuse of the contact form.

Categories of third parties we disclose information to: service providers (Resend, Google LLC, Vercel) under contractual data-processing terms. We have configured Google Analytics with data-sharing settings disabled and we do not authorize Google to use the analytics data for its own advertising products.

Sale or sharing: we do NOT sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, in the past 12 months or in the future.

Sensitive personal information: we do NOT collect or use any category of sensitive personal information as defined under CPRA.

Your CA rights:

  • Right to know — what personal information we have about you and the categories above.
  • Right to delete — request deletion of your personal information.
  • Right to correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing — although we do not sell or share, you may submit an opt-out at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive PI — n/a, since we don’t use any.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service for exercising your rights.

Global Privacy Control: we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing. If your browser sends Sec-GPC: 1, we treat it as your opt-out and do not load analytics for that visit.

How to exercise your rights: email privacy@unbounded-insights.com, or click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer for analytics opt-out. We will respond within 45 days (extendable to 90 days when reasonably necessary, with notice). You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may verify the agent’s authority before responding.

Washington Residents (My Health My Data Act)

The Washington My Health My Data Act (MHMDA) grants Washington residents specific rights regarding “consumer health data” — broadly defined to include data revealing a consumer’s past, present, or future physical or mental health status.

We do NOT collect, process, sell, or share consumer health data through this marketing site. The /unboundedos page describes our healthspan-adjacent product line at a high level but does not collect any health information from you. Our product application at app.unbounded-insights.com operates under a separate privacy policy that addresses health data specifically (when applicable).

For Washington visitors to this site, we apply the same opt-in posture as for EU/UK/EEA/Switzerland visitors: analytics fires only after explicit consent via the cookie banner. We will not collect, sell, share, or use consumer health data for any purpose without your prior, freely given, specific, informed, opt-in consent — and to date, we collect none.
